What should I send to get a useful reply?

The country, whether you need collections or payouts, and the method names your customers already use. Replies come from theo@toppay.com and can map those names onto the codes in the API guide.

Is a method code the same as a live method?

No. The regional guide is the published menu. The Indonesia and Philippines guides say API mode still needs the merchant whitelisted. Ask Sales which codes are enabled before you promise a corridor.

Do you publish certificate numbers?

toppay.com names PCI DSS, ISO/IEC 27001 and a Canadian MSB registration. That site does not publish a certificate number or a registry link, so this site does not invent one.

Which markets have a public API page?

This site documents India, Vietnam, Thailand, Indonesia, Pakistan, Brazil, Mexico, the Philippines and Bangladesh, because those guides are public. The contact form on toppay.com also names Colombia, Peru, Bolivia and Nigeria. Those four names are not given method tables here.
