The contact form posts to FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), which emails the fields to theo@toppay.com. FormSubmit may ask that inbox to confirm the address the first time this domain is used.

Fields are your name, work email, company, market, what you need enabled, and a consent checkbox. A hidden honeypot field is discarded if a bot fills it. There is no account and no marketing list on this site.

You can skip the form and email theo@toppay.com directly. This page does not claim a data-processing agreement with FormSubmit; if your review needs one, use email instead.
